No.  Matthew24Messenger is not a tax-exempt organization due to the costs involved with becoming a Non-Profit Organization in the United States.  After speaking with an IRS Non-profit agent, it was estimated our first-year costs would be between $5,000 - $7500 in legal and accounting fees and estimated yearly cost of $4000 for legal and accounting costs.  We prayed about this, and payment of these fees would have a dramatic impact on our ability to reach and serve others. 

Lord willing, the financial support for this ministry will continue to increase.  As the financial resources grow, we will again pray on this and consult with the IRS for their recommendation. 

Yes, we are partnered with a local church to review both our financial records and ministry outreach efforts.
